Employees can access our app directly with their ERLI invitation code provided by the employer, where they will provide explicit consent as an end user to withdraw the request advance. There is no impact for the employer. On payday, the employee will receive its full salary. ERLI will automatically debit all salary advances done by user during the pay period (including all transaction fees) directly from user’s linked main bank account.
